Surah II the Cow “BAQARAH” Verses 116
وَقَالُوا اتَّخَذَ اللَّهُ وَلَدًا سُبْحَانَهُ بَلْ لَهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ كُلٌّ لَهُ قَانِتُونَ – سوره ۲: البقرة : آیه 116
116: And they say: Allah has taken to himself a son. Glory is to him; rather, whatever is in the heavens and the earth is his; all are obedient to him.
Surah III the Family of Imran “A’LAY IMRAN” Verses 2
اللَّهُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ – سوره ۳: آل عمران : آیه2
2: Allah, “there is” no god but he, the ever living, the self – subsisting by whom all things subsist.
Surah V the Food “MAIDAH” Verses 17
لَقَدْ كَفَرَ الَّذِينَ قَالُوا إِنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ الْمَسِيحُ ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ قُلْ فَمَنْ يَمْلِكُ مِنَ اللَّهِ شَيْئًا إِنْ أَرَادَ أَنْ يُهْلِكَ الْمَسِيحَ ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ وَأُمَّهُ وَمَنْ فِي الْأَرْضِ جَمِيعًا وَلِلَّهِ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَاءُ وَاللَّهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ – سوره ۵: المائدة : آیه17
17: Certainly they disbelieve who say: surely Allah _____ he is messiah, son of Marium say: who then could control anything as against Allah when he wished to destroy the messiah son of Marium and his mother and all those on the earth? And Allah’s is the kingdom of the heavens and the earth and what is between them; he creates what he pleases; and Allah has power over all things.
Surah VI the Cattle “ANAM” Verses 21
وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ افْتَرَى عَلَى اللَّهِ كَذِبًا أَوْ كَذَّبَ بِآيَاتِهِ إِنَّهُ لَا يُفْلِحُ الظَّالِمُونَ – سوره ۶: الأنعام : آیه21
21: And who is more unjust thon he who forges a lie against Allah or “he who” give the lie to his communications; surely the unjust will not be successful.
Surah IX Repentance “BARAAT” Verses 28
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِنَّمَا الْمُشْرِكُونَ نَجَسٌ فَلَا يَقْرَبُوا الْمَسْجِدَ الْحَرَامَ بَعْدَ عَامِهِمْ هَذَا وَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ عَيْلَةً فَسَوْفَ يُغْنِيكُمُ اللَّهُ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ إِنْ شَاءَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ – سوره ۹: التوبة : آیه28
28: O you who believe! The idolaters are nothing but unclean, so they shall not approach the sacred mosque after this year; and if you fear poverty then Allah will enrich you out of his grace if he pleases; surely Allah is knowing, wise.
Surah X YUNUS Verses 18
وَيَعْبُدُونَ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ مَا لَا يَضُرُّهُمْ وَلَا يَنْفَعُهُمْ وَيَقُولُونَ هَؤُلَاءِ شُفَعَاؤُنَا عِنْدَ اللَّهِ قُلْ أَتُنَبِّئُونَ اللَّهَ بِمَا لَا يَعْلَمُ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَلَا فِي الْأَرْضِ سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ – سوره ۱۰: يونس : آیه18
18: And they serve beside Allah what can neither harm them nor profit them, and they say: These are our intercessors with Allah say; do you “presume to” inform Allah of what he knows not in the heavens and the earth? Glory is to him, and supremely exalted is he above what they set MP “with him”.
Surah XIII the Thunder “RA’D” Verses 33
أَفَمَنْ هُوَ قَائِمٌ عَلَى كُلِّ نَفْسٍ بِمَا كَسَبَتْ وَجَعَلُوا لِلَّهِ شُرَكَاءَ قُلْ سَمُّوهُمْ أَمْ تُنَبِّئُونَهُ بِمَا لَا يَعْلَمُ فِي الْأَرْضِ أَمْ بِظَاهِرٍ مِنَ الْقَوْلِ بَلْ زُيِّنَ لِلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مَكْرُهُمْ وَصُدُّوا عَنِ السَّبِيلِ وَمَنْ يُضْلِلِ اللَّهُ فَمَا لَهُ مِنْ هَادٍ – سوره ۱۳: الرعد : آیه33
33: Is he then who watches every soul as to what it earns? And yet they give associates to Allah! Say: Give them a name; nay, do you mean to in form him of what he does not know in the earth, or “do you affirm this” by an out word saying? Rather, their plans are made to appear fair seeming to those who disbelieve, and they are kept back from the path; and whom Allah makes err. He shall have no guide.
Surah XVI the Bee “NAHL” Verse 35
وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُوا لَوْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ مَا عَبَدْنَا مِنْ دُونِهِ مِنْ شَيْءٍ نَحْنُ وَلَا آبَاؤُنَا وَلَا حَرَّمْنَا مِنْ دُونِهِ مِنْ شَيْءٍ كَذَلِكَ فَعَلَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ فَهَلْ عَلَى الرُّسُلِ إِلَّا الْبَلَاغُ الْمُبِينُ – سوره ۱۶: النحل :آیه35
35: And they who give associates “to Allah” say: If Allah had pleased, we would not have served anything besides Allah, “neither” we nor our fathers, nor would we have prohibited anything without “order from” him. Thus did those before them; is then ought incumbent upon the apostles except a plain delivery “of the message”?
Surah XVII the Israelites “BANI – ISRAEL” Verse 22
لَا تَجْعَلْ مَعَ اللَّهِ إِلَهًا آخَرَ فَتَقْعُدَ مَذْمُومًا مَخْذُولًا – سوره ۱۷: الإسراء : آیه22
22: Do not associate with Allah any other god, lest you sit down despised, neglected.
Surah XIX MARIUM Verses 35
مَا كَانَ لِلَّهِ أَنْ يَتَّخِذَ مِنْ وَلَدٍ سُبْحَانَهُ إِذَا قَضَى أَمْرًا فَإِنَّمَا يَقُولُ لَهُ كُنْ فَيَكُونُ- سوره ۱۹: مريم – جزء ۱۶مَا كَانَ لِلَّهِ أَنْ يَتَّخِذَ مِنْ وَلَدٍ سُبْحَانَهُ إِذَا قَضَى أَمْرًا فَإِنَّمَا يَقُولُ لَهُ كُنْ فَيَكُونُ- سوره ۱۹: مريم – جزء ۱۶v
35: It beseems not Allah that he should take to himself a son, glory be to him; when he has decreed a matter he only says to it “be” and it is.
Surah XXI the Prophets “ANBIYA” Verses 26
وَقَالُوا اتَّخَذَ الرَّحْمَنُ وَلَدًا سُبْحَانَهُ بَلْ عِبَادٌ مُكْرَمُونَ – سوره ۲۱: الأنبياء : آیه26
26: And they say: the Beneficent God has taken to him self a son, Glory be to him. Nay! They are honoured servants.
Surah XXII the Pilgrimage “HAJ” Verses 34
وَلِكُلِّ أُمَّةٍ جَعَلْنَا مَنْسَكًا لِيَذْكُرُوا اسْمَ اللَّهِ عَلَى مَا رَزَقَهُمْ مِنْ بَهِيمَةِ الْأَنْعَامِ فَإِلَهُكُمْ إِلَهٌ وَاحِدٌ فَلَهُ أَسْلِمُوا وَبَشِّرِ الْمُخْبِتِينَ – سوره ۲۲: الحج : آیه34
34: And to every nation we appointed acts of devotion that they may mention the name of Allah on what he has given them of the cattle quadrupeds: so your God is one God, there fore to him should you submit, and give good news to the humble.
Surah XXIII the Believers “MOOMINUN” Verses 91
مَا اتَّخَذَ اللَّهُ مِنْ وَلَدٍ وَمَا كَانَ مَعَهُ مِنْ إِلَهٍ إِذًا لَذَهَبَ كُلُّ إِلَهٍ بِمَا خَلَقَ وَلَعَلَا بَعْضُهُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ – سوره ۲۳: المؤمنون : آیه91
91: Never did Allah take to himself a son, and never was there with him any “other” god ____ in that case would each god have certainly taken away what he created, and some of them would certainly have over powered others; glory be to Allah above what they describe!
Surah XXV the Criterion “FURQAN” Verses 1
تَبَارَكَ الَّذِي نَزَّلَ الْفُرْقَانَ عَلَى عَبْدِهِ لِيَكُونَ لِلْعَالَمِينَ نَذِيرًا – سوره ۲۵: الفرقان : آیه1
1: Blessed is he who sent down the Furqan upon his servant that he may be a worner to the nations;
Surah XXVII the Ant “NAML” Verses 59
قُلِ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ وَسَلَامٌ عَلَى عِبَادِهِ الَّذِينَ اصْطَفَى آللَّهُ خَيْرٌ أَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ – سوره ۲۷: النمل : آیه59
59: Say: praise be to Allah and peace on his servants whom he has chosen: is Allah better or what they associate “with him”?
Surah XXVIII the Narrative “QASAS” Verses 62
وَيَوْمَ يُنَادِيهِمْ فَيَقُولُ أَيْنَ شُرَكَائِيَ الَّذِينَ كُنْتُمْ تَزْعُمُونَ – سوره ۲۸: القصص : آیه62
62: And on the day when he will call them and say: where are those whom you deemed to be my associates?
Surah XXX the Romans “RUM” Verses 40
اللَّهُ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُمْ ثُمَّ رَزَقَكُمْ ثُمَّ يُمِيتُكُمْ ثُمَّ يُحْيِيكُمْ هَلْ مِنْ شُرَكَائِكُمْ مَنْ يَفْعَلُ مِنْ ذَلِكُمْ مِنْ شَيْءٍ سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ – سوره ۳۰: الروم : آیه40
40: Allah is he who created you, then gave you sustenance, then he causes you to die, then brings you to life, is there any of your associate – gods who does aught of it? Glory be to him, and exalted be he above what they associate “with him”.
Surah XXXIV SABA Verses 27
قُلْ أَرُونِيَ الَّذِينَ أَلْحَقْتُمْ بِهِ شُرَكَاءَ كَلَّا بَلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ – سوره ۳۴: سبأ : آیه 27
27: Say: show me those whom you have joined with him as associates; by no means “can you do it”. Nay! He is Allah, the mighty, the wise.
Surah XXXVII the Rangers “SAFFAT” Verses 4
إِنَّ إِلَهَكُمْ لَوَاحِدٌ – سوره ۳۷: الصافات : آیه4
4: Most surely your God is one:
Surah XXXIX the Companies “ZUMAR” Verses 4
لَوْ أَرَادَ اللَّهُ أَنْ يَتَّخِذَ وَلَدًا لَاصْطَفَى مِمَّا يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَاءُ سُبْحَانَهُ هُوَ اللَّهُ الْوَاحِدُ الْقَهَّارُ – سوره ۳۹: الزمر : آیه4
4: If Allah desire to take a son to him self he will surely choose those he pleases from what he has created, Glory be to him: he is Allah, the one, the subduer “of all”.
Surah XL the Believe “MOAMIN” Verses 3-16
3: The forgiver of the faults and the Acceptor of repentance, severe to punish, Lord of bounty; there is no god but he; to him is the eventual coming.
16: “of” the day when they shall come forth; nothing concerning those remains hidden to Allah. To whom belongs the kingdom this day? To Allah, the one. The subduer “of all”.
Surah XLI HAMIM Verses 6
6: Say: I am only a mortal like you: it is revealed to me that your God is one God. There fore follow the right way to him and ask his forgiveness; and woe to the polytheists;
Surah XLIV the Evident Smoke “DUKHAN” Verses 8
لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ يُحْيِي وَيُمِيتُ رَبُّكُمْ وَرَبُّ آبَائِكُمُ الْأَوَّلِينَ – سوره ۴۴: الدخان : آیه8
8: There is no God but he; he gives life and causes death, your lord and the lord of your fathers of yare yore.
Surah XLVI the Sand Hills “AHQAD” Verses 5
وَمَنْ أَضَلُّ مِمَّنْ يَدْعُو مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ مَنْ لَا يَسْتَجِيبُ لَهُ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ وَهُمْ عَنْ دُعَائِهِمْ غَافِلُونَ – سوره ۴۶: الأحقاف – جزء ۲۶
5: And who is in greater error than he who calls besides Allah upon those that will not answer him till the day of resurrection and they are heedless of their call?
Surah LI the Scatters “ZARIAT” Verses 51
وَلَا تَجْعَلُوا مَعَ اللَّهِ إِلَهًا آخَرَ إِنِّي لَكُمْ مِنْهُ نَذِيرٌ مُبِينٌ – سوره ۵۱: الذاريات – جزء ۲۷
51: And do not set up with Allah another got: surely I am a plain warner to you from him.
Surah LIX the Banishment “HASHR” Verses 1
سَبَّحَ لِلَّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ – سوره ۵۹: الحشر – جزء ۲۸
1: What ever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth declares the glory of Allah, and he is the mighty, the wise.
Surah LXXII the JINN Verses 3
3: And that he ____ exalted be the majesty of our lord _____ has not taken a consort nor a son:
Surah CXII the Unity “IKHLAS” Verses 1
قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ – سوره ۱۱۲: الإخلاص – جزء ۳۰
1: Say: He Allah is one.
