Surah II the Cow “BAQARAH” Verses 286
286: Allah does not impose upon any soul a duty but to the extent of its ability; for it is “the benefit of” what it has earned, and upon it “the evil of” what is has wrought: our lord! Do not punish us if we forget or make a mistake; our lord! Do not lay on us a burden as thou didst lay on those us; our lord! Do not impose upon us that which we have not the strength to bear; and pardon us and grant us protection and have mercy on us, thou art our patron, so help us against the unbelieving people.
Surah IV Women “NISA” Verses 58
58: Surely Allah commands you to make over trusts to their owners and that when you judge between people you judge with justice; surely Allah admonishes you with what is excellent; surely Allah is seeing, hearing.
Surah V the Food “MAIDAH” Verses 8
8: O you who believe! Be upright for Allah, bearers of witness with justice, and let not hatred of a people incite you not to act equitably; act equitably, that is nearer to piety, and be careful of “your duty to” Allah; surely Allah is aware of what you do.
Surah VII the Elevated Places “ARAF” Verses 29
29: Say: my lord has enjoined justice, and set upright your faces at every time of prayer and cal on him, being sincere to him in obedience; as he brought you forth in the beginning, so also return.
Surah XXI the Prophets “ANBIYA” Verses 112
112: He said: o my lord! Judge thou with truth; and our lord is the beneficent god, whose help is sought against what you ascribe “to him”.
Surah XXXV the Originator “FATIR” Verses 18
18: And a burdened soul cannot bear the burden of another; and if one weighed down by burden should cry for “another to carry” its burden, not aught of it shall be carried, even though he be, near of kin, you warn only those who fear their lord in secret and keep up prayer; and who ever purifies himself, he purifies himself only for “the good of” his own soul; and to Allah is the eventual coming.
Surah XXXIX the Companies “ZUMAR” Verses 9-46
9: What! he who is obedient during hours of the night, prostrating himself and standing, takes care of the here after and hopes for the mercy of his lord! Say: are those who know and those who do not know alike? Only the men of understanding are mindful.
46: Say: o Allah! Originator of the heavens and the earth, knower of the unseen and the seen! Thou “only” judgest between thy servants as to that where in they differ.
Surah XLVI the Sand Hills “AHQAF” Verses 19
19: And for all are degrees according to what they did, and that he may pay them back fully their deeds and they shall not be wronged.
Surah LIII the Star “NAJM” Verses 39
39: And than man shall have nothing but what he strives for;
Surah LXV the Divorce “TALAQ” Verses 7
7: Let him who has abundance spend out of his abundance, and whoever has his means of subsistence straitened to him, let him spend out of that which Allah has given him; Allah does not lay on soul a burden except to the extent to which he has granted it; Allah brings about ease after difficulty.
