Surah II the Cow “BAQARAH” Verses 178

178: O you who believe! retaliation is prescribed for you in the matter of the slain; the free for the free, and the slave for the slave, and the female for the female, but if any remission is made to any one by his “aggrieved” brother, then prosecution “for the blood wit” should be made according to usage, and payment should be made to him in a good manner; this is an alleviation from your lord and a mercy; so whoever exceed the limit after this, he shall have a painful chastisement.

Surah IV Women “NISA” Verses 29

29: O you who believe! Do not devour your property among yourselves falsely, except that it is trading by your mutual consent; and do not kill your people; surely Allah is merciful to you.

Surah V the Food “MAIDAH” Verses 32

32: For this reason did we prescribe to the children of Israel that whoever slays a soul, unless it be for man slaughter or for mischief in the land, it is as though he slew all men; and whoever keeps it alive, it is as though he kept alive all men; and certainly our apostles came to them with clear arguments, but even after that many of them certainly act extravagantly in the land.

Surah VI the Cattle “ANAM” Verses 151

151: Say: came I will recite what your lord has for bidden to you ____ “remember” that you do not associate anything with him and show kindness to your parents, and do not slay your children for “fear of” poverty ____ we provide for you and for them ____ and do not draw nigh to indecencies, those of them which are apparent and those which are concealed, and do not kill the soul which Allah has forbidden except for the requirements of justice; this he has enjoined you with that you may understand.

Surah XVII the Israelites “BANI – ISRAEL” Verses 33

33: And do not kill nay one whom Allah has forbidden, except for a just cause, and whoever is slain unjustly, we have indeed given to his heir authority, so let him not exceed the just limits in slaying; surely he is aided.

Surah XXV the Criterion “FURQAN” Verses 68

68: And they who do not call upon another god with Allah and do not slay the soul, which Allah has for bidden except in the requirements of justice, and “who” do not commit fornication and he who does this shall find a requital of sin;

Surah XXXIII the Allies “AHZAB” Verses 58

58: And those who speak evil things of the believing men and the believing women without their having earned “it”, they are guilty indeed of false accusation and a manifest sin.
