Surah II the Cow “BAQARAH” Verses 87

وَلَقَدْ آتَيْنَا مُوسَى الْكِتَابَ وَقَفَّيْنَا مِنْ بَعْدِهِ بِالرُّسُلِ وَآتَيْنَا عِيسَى ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ الْبَيِّنَاتِ وَأَيَّدْنَاهُ بِرُوحِ الْقُدُسِ أَفَكُلَّمَا جَاءَكُمْ رَسُولٌ بِمَا لَا تَهْوَى أَنْفُسُكُمُ اسْتَكْبَرْتُمْ فَفَرِيقًا كَذَّبْتُمْ وَفَرِيقًا تَقْتُلُونَ – سوره ۲: البقرة – جزء ۱ : آیه 87

87: and most certainly we gave Musa the book and we sent apostles after him one after him one after another; and we gave Isa, the son of Marium, clear arguments and strengthened him with the Holy Spirit, what! Whenever then an apostle came to you with that which your souls did not desire, you were insolent so you called some liars and some you slew.

Surah III the Family of Imran “A’LAY IMRAN” Verses 45

إِذْ قَالَتِ الْمَلَائِكَةُ يَا مَرْيَمُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُبَشِّرُكِ بِكَلِمَةٍ مِنْهُ اسْمُهُ الْمَسِيحُ عِيسَى ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ وَجِيهًا فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ وَمِنَ الْمُقَرَّبِينَ – سوره ۳: آل عمران – جزء ۳ : آیه 45

45: When the angels said: o Marium, surely Allah gives you good news with a word from him “of one” whose name is the messiah, Isa son of Marium, worthy of regard in this world and the here after and of those who are made near “to Allah”.

Surah V the Food “MAIDAH” Verses 17-109-110

لَقَدْ كَفَرَ الَّذِينَ قَالُوا إِنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ الْمَسِيحُ ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ قُلْ فَمَنْ يَمْلِكُ مِنَ اللَّهِ شَيْئًا إِنْ أَرَادَ أَنْ يُهْلِكَ الْمَسِيحَ ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ وَأُمَّهُ وَمَنْ فِي الْأَرْضِ جَمِيعًا وَلِلَّهِ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَاءُ وَاللَّهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ – سوره ۵: المائدة – جزء ۶ : آیه 17

17: Certainly they disbelieve who say: surely Allah ____ he is the messiah, son of Marium. Say: who then could control any thing as against Allah when he wished to destroy the messiah son of Marium and his mother and all those on the earth? And Allah’s is the kingdom of the heavens and the earth and what is between them; he creates what he pleases; and Allah has power over all things.

يَوْمَ يَجْمَعُ اللَّهُ الرُّسُلَ فَيَقُولُ مَاذَا أُجِبْتُمْ قَالُوا لَا عِلْمَ لَنَا إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ عَلَّامُ الْغُيُوبِ – سوره ۵: المائدة – جزء ۷ : آیه 109

109: On the day when Allah will assemble the apostles, then say: what answer were you given? They shall say: we have no knowledge; surely thou art the great knower of the unseen things.

إِذْ قَالَ اللَّهُ يَا عِيسَى ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ اذْكُرْ نِعْمَتِي عَلَيْكَ وَعَلَى وَالِدَتِكَ إِذْ أَيَّدْتُكَ بِرُوحِ الْقُدُسِ تُكَلِّمُ النَّاسَ فِي الْمَهْدِ وَكَهْلًا وَإِذْ عَلَّمْتُكَ الْكِتَابَ وَالْحِكْمَةَ وَالتَّوْرَاةَ وَالْإِنْجِيلَ وَإِذْ تَخْلُقُ مِنَ الطِّينِ كَهَيْئَةِ الطَّيْرِ بِإِذْنِي فَتَنْفُخُ فِيهَا فَتَكُونُ طَيْرًا بِإِذْنِي وَتُبْرِئُ الْأَكْمَهَ وَالْأَبْرَصَ بِإِذْنِي وَإِذْ تُخْرِجُ الْمَوْتَى بِإِذْنِي وَإِذْ كَفَفْتُ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ عَنْكَ إِذْ جِئْتَهُمْ بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ فَقَالَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْهُمْ إِنْ هَذَا إِلَّا سِحْرٌ مُبِينٌ – سوره ۵: المائدة – جزء ۷ : آیه 110

110: When Allah will say: o Isa son of Marium. Remember my favour on you and on your mother, when I strengthened you with the Holy Spirit, you spoke to the people in the cradle and when of old age, and when I taught you the book and the wisdom and the Tavrat and the Injeel: and when you determined out of clay a thing like the form of a bird by my permission, then you breathed into it and it became a bird by my permission, and you healed the blind and the leprous by my permission; and when you brought forth the dead by my permission; and when I withheld the children of Israel from you when you came to them with clear arguments, but those who disbelieved among them said: this is nothing but clear enchantment.

Surah IX Repentance “BARAAT” Verses 30-111

وَقَالَتِ الْيَهُودُ عُزَيْرٌ ابْنُ اللَّهِ وَقَالَتِ النَّصَارَى الْمَسِيحُ ابْنُ اللَّهِ ذَلِكَ قَوْلُهُمْ بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ يُضَاهِئُونَ قَوْلَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْ قَبْلُ قَاتَلَهُمُ اللَّهُ أَنَّى يُؤْفَكُونَ – سوره ۹: التوبة – جزء ۱۰ : آیه 30

30: And the Jews say: uzair is the son of Allah; and the Christians say: the messiah say: the messiah is the son of Allah; these are the words of their mouths; they imitate the saying of those who disbelieved before; may Allah destroy them; how they are turned away!

إِنَّ اللَّهَ اشْتَرَى مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَنْفُسَهُمْ وَأَمْوَالَهُمْ بِأَنَّ لَهُمُ الْجَنَّةَ يُقَاتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَيَقْتُلُونَ وَيُقْتَلُونَ وَعْدًا عَلَيْهِ حَقًّا فِي التَّوْرَاةِ وَالْإِنْجِيلِ وَالْقُرْآنِ وَمَنْ أَوْفَى بِعَهْدِهِ مِنَ اللَّهِ فَاسْتَبْشِرُوا بِبَيْعِكُمُ الَّذِي بَايَعْتُمْ بِهِ وَذَلِكَ هُوَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيمُ – سوره ۹: التوبة – جزء ۱۱ : آیه 111

111: Surely Allah has bought of the believers their persons and their property for this, that they shall have the garden; they fight in Allah’s way, so they slay and are slain; a promise which is binding on him in the Tavrat and the Injeel and the Quran; and who is more faithful to his covenant than Allah? Rejoice therefore in the pledge which you have made; and that is the mighty achievement.

Surah XIX MARIUM Verses 16

وَاذْكُرْ فِي الْكِتَابِ مَرْيَمَ إِذِ انْتَبَذَتْ مِنْ أَهْلِهَا مَكَانًا شَرْقِيًّا – سوره ۱۹: مريم – جزء ۱۶ : آیه 16

16: And mention Marium in the book when she drew aside from her family to an eastern place;

Surah XXIII the Believers “MOAMINUN” Verses 50

وَجَعَلْنَا ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ وَأُمَّهُ آيَةً وَآوَيْنَاهُمَا إِلَى رَبْوَةٍ ذَاتِ قَرَارٍ وَمَعِينٍ – سوره ۲۳: المؤمنون – جزء ۱۸ : آیه 50

50: And we made the son of Marium and his mother a sign, and we gave them a shelteron a lofty ground having meadows and springs.

Surah XLIII the Embellishment “ZUKHRUF” Verses 57

وَلَمَّا ضُرِبَ ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ مَثَلًا إِذَا قَوْمُكَ مِنْهُ يَصِدُّونَ – سوره ۴۳: الزخرف – جزء ۲۵ : آیه 57

57: And when a description of the son of Marium is given, lo! Your people raise a clamor thereat.

Surah LVII Iron “HADID” Verses 26-27

وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا نُوحًا وَإِبْرَاهِيمَ وَجَعَلْنَا فِي ذُرِّيَّتِهِمَا النُّبُوَّةَ وَالْكِتَابَ فَمِنْهُمْ مُهْتَدٍ وَكَثِيرٌ مِنْهُمْ فَاسِقُونَ – سوره ۵۷: الحديد – جزء ۲۷ : آیه 26

26: And certainly we sent Nuh and Ibrahim and we gave to their offspring the “gift of” prophecy and the book; so there are among them those who go aright, and most of them are transgressors.

ثُمَّ قَفَّيْنَا عَلَى آثَارِهِمْ بِرُسُلِنَا وَقَفَّيْنَا بِعِيسَى ابْنِ مَرْيَمَ وَآتَيْنَاهُ الْإِنْجِيلَ وَجَعَلْنَا فِي قُلُوبِ الَّذِينَ اتَّبَعُوهُ رَأْفَةً وَرَحْمَةً وَرَهْبَانِيَّةً ابْتَدَعُوهَا مَا كَتَبْنَاهَا عَلَيْهِمْ إِلَّا ابْتِغَاءَ رِضْوَانِ اللَّهِ فَمَا رَعَوْهَا حَقَّ رِعَايَتِهَا فَآتَيْنَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنْهُمْ أَجْرَهُمْ وَكَثِيرٌ مِنْهُمْ فَاسِقُونَ – سوره ۵۷: الحديد – جزء ۲۷ : آیه 27

27: Then we made our apostles to follow in their footsteps, and we sent Isa son of Marium after wards, and we gave him the Injeel: and we put in the hearts of those who follow Ed him kindness and mercy; and “as for” Monkery, they innovated it ____ we did not prescribe it to them ____ only to seek Allah’s pleasure, but they did not observe it with its due observance; so we gave to those of them who believed their reward, and most of them are transgressors.

Surah LXI the Ranks “SAFF” Verses 6

وَإِذْ قَالَ عِيسَى ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ يَا بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ إِنِّي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ إِلَيْكُمْ مُصَدِّقًا لِمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيَّ مِنَ التَّوْرَاةِ وَمُبَشِّرًا بِرَسُولٍ يَأْتِي مِنْ بَعْدِي اسْمُهُ أَحْمَدُ فَلَمَّا جَاءَهُمْ بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ قَالُوا هَذَا سِحْرٌ مُبِينٌ – سوره ۶۱: الصف – جزء ۲۸ : آیه 6

6: And when Isa son of Marium said: o children of Israel! Surely I am the apostle of Allah to you, verifying that which is before me of the Tavrat and giving the good news of an apostle who will come after me, his name being Ahmad; but when he came to them with clear arguments they said: this is clear magic.
